This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager position located in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing sales strategies to drive growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and assess their potential for growth.
- Manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and develop long-term partnerships to increase revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand the customer base.
- Oversee the implementation of business plans, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure seamless execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to establish thought leadership and build relationships.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the hospitality or catering industry is highly desirable.
