The role of Solution Engineer/Presales Engineer is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. This includes close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI Researchers to design and implement innovative solutions.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of ITSM and networking workflows, and an interest in AI-driven enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments, proficiency in creating technical documentation, and familiarity with containerized environments.

  • Product Research & Analysis: Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.">
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Engage with stakeholders to capture business needs and user requirements, develop detailed PRDs, user stories, workflows, and prototypes.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Presales, or Product Analysis in SaaS, IT Ops, or Networking domains.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in a programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or TypeScript).

- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for rapid prototyping.

- Understanding of IT Ops frameworks, AIOps, ServiceOps, or enterprise SaaS.
