Senior Genome Analyst Position

Maintain leadership in the clinical genomic field by utilizing expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS) and human genetics.

A leading company operates a state-of-the-art NGS lab, housing cutting-edge genome sequencing platforms. As a Senior Genome Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our bioinformatics and laboratory teams to analyze and interpret genetic data generated from clinical samples.

  • Conduct high-quality analysis of sequenced variants, interpretation of results, and generation of test reports.
  • Develop molecular diagnostic assays and validate mutations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective turnaround times for test reports.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Master's or PhD in Human Genetics or a relevant field. Additionally, 3+ years of experience in NGS, human genetics, and genome sequencing are required. Experience with ACMG Guidelines is an added advantage.
