Marketing Professional

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our activated carbon products.

You will identify new business opportunities, acquire new clients across various industrial sectors, and proactively generate leads to convert them into paying customers.

Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction by achieving sales targets and reporting on sales performance.

Conduct product presentations, site visits, and industry events as required to collaborate with the production and logistics teams to fulfill client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for activated carbon products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients across industrial sectors.
  • Proactively generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance.
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and attend industry events as required.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to fulfill client requirements.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or biochemistry is required. Around 5 years of external sales experience within the chemical or food & beverage industry is essential.

Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to effectively engage in verbal and written communications that are timely, direct, concise, clear and relevant, and delivered with appropriate style and tone.

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for achieving results.

Experience with channel partners/distribution management is an advantage.

Ability to drive sales proactively with the ability to quickly identify opportunities, enter new markets, and deliver impactful results.

Language Proficiency:

Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential; proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
