Job Title: Western Vocals Instructor

Role Summary:

This is a full-time on-site position for a skilled vocal instructor. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting engaging vocal lessons, training students in various Western vocal techniques, preparing students for graded certification exams, and providing individualized attention to help each student reach their musical potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of students at various skill levels.
• Train students in various Western vocal techniques, including breath control, pitch accuracy, and expression.
• Prepare students for graded certification exams by creating personalized study plans and providing regular progress assessments.
• Organize and participate in recitals, jam sessions, and concerts to provide students with opportunities to showcase their skills.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in teaching and training students in Western vocals and music theory.
3. Strong communication and education skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
4. Proficiency in Western vocals and music theory with knowledge of relevant software and technologies.
