Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL workflows using AWS Glue, Lambda, and DMS. You will work with large datasets using Apache Spark (Py Spark) and relational databases such as Amazon RDS.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain efficient and optimized ETL workflows using AWS services.
  2. Dataset Processing: Process and transform large datasets using Apache Spark (Py Spark).
  3. Database Integration: Work with Amazon RDS and other relational databases to ingest and export data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL: Strong knowledge of programming languages and database querying languages.
  • AWS Services Experience: Proficient in AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, and RDS.
  • Spark Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Spark (preferably Py Spark).
  • Data Modeling and Database Design: Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
