Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to lead and contribute to the execution of product lifecycle processes for Insurtech products/platforms.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in Product Management, analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment. They will also possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the execution of product lifecycle processes for Insurtech products/platforms, ensuring product requirements are fulfilled with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage technical/business requirements through thorough discussions with engineering teams.
  • Assist in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new releases and feature updates.
  • Mentor a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization.
  • Research and prototype innovative technologies and products.
  • Ensure technology roadmaps align with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison on technical issues related to product integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis, SDLC, technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Expertise in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and relevant tools.
  • Ability to influence and work in a global team setup.
Experience
  • Early career may include Software Engineer roles transitioning into Technical Product Management.
  • Senior Roles require leadership/mentorship to junior Product Managers and stakeholder management.
Flexibility

Domain flexibility is preferred but not mandatory; Enterprise/B2B Product background ideal.
