Our organization seeks a skilled Medical Illustrator to create visually compelling and scientifically accurate medical and scientific illustrations. As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content that communicates complex concepts with clarity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop 2D/3D medical and surgical illustrations, anatomical drawings, and journal cover visuals of the highest quality.
  • Collaborate closely with our scientific writers and clients to ensure technical accuracy and design excellence in every deliverable.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in representing scientific and medical subjects across all projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional design standards.
  • Verify details and review source material to guarantee scientific accuracy in every illustration.
  • Provide creative input and feedback to enhance overall project output.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience as a Medical Illustrator or in a related role in scientific or medical visualization.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Illustration, Biomedical Visualization, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in anatomical, surgical, and scientific illustrations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with experience in 3D illustration tools a significant advantage.
  • The ability to accurately depict anatomy, physiology, and medical concepts in visual form.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines with precision and focus.
