Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Screening Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial crime screening processes.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for finance, compliance, and risk management. If you have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial regulations, we want to hear from you.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Screening transactions and customers against sanctions lists to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing;
  • Conducting regular reviews of our financial crime screening processes to identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operational processes;
  • Developing and implementing effective operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency;
  • Providing specialist advice and support to stakeholders on financial crime related matters;
  • Identifying industry trends and developments to implement best practices in banking operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial crime screening or a related field;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and risk management principles;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
