  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior design and construction sector by understanding client requirements, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Maintain a strong network of clients, architects, builders, and vendors to ensure successful sales deals and long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of market conditions, competitors, and pricing strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and construction processes to provide valuable insights to clients and colleagues.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning, relationship building, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Basic knowledge of interior works, materials, and construction processes.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
