Job Title: Site Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Quality Manager to join our team. As a Site Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all civil works on site, including foundations, infrastructure, and structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Assurance & Control: Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific Civil QA/QC plans, Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Ensure proper quality checks on concrete works, reinforcement, compaction, curing, and geotechnical aspects.
  2. Site Execution & Compliance: Monitor contractors and subcontractors for compliance with approved drawings, BOQ codes, and specifications. Conduct stage-wise inspections – excavation, formwork, steel fixing, concreting, curing, backfilling, and finishing.
  3. Managership & Stakeholder Management: Guide site engineers and supervisors on civil quality best practices. Act as the primary point of contact for client/consultant regarding civil quality issues. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly civil quality reports with clear KPIs and actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of civil works for solar PV plants, especially foundations, infrastructure, and structural integrity.
  • Expertise in QA/QC processes, civil codes, and testing procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory and field testing of materials, concrete, soil, aggregates, and steel.
  • Ability to interpret and implement civil drawings, standards, and specifications.
  • Effective managership, coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, QA/QC reporting tools, and documentation systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • 7+ years of civil QA/QC experience with at least 5+ years in utility-scale solar PV/EPC projects.
  • Proven track record in managing civil quality at site for projects of 50 MW and above.
  • Experience in working with EPC contractors, consultants, and IPPs.
