Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned AI Engineer to join our team and spearhead the development of cutting-edge generative AI solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional with expertise in Machine Learning/Deep Learning, Generative AI, and software engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of designing and implementing complex AI systems and driving innovation in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy large-scale AI models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure and applications.
  • Contribute to the development of new AI features and capabilities that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Maintain and improve existing AI systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning with a minimum of 2 years in Generative AI solution development.
  3. Strong expertise in Python and ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
  4. Solid understanding of LLM training/fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and instruction tuning.
  5. Proficiency in prompt engineering and evaluation of model outputs.
  6. Hands-on experience with vector databases and indexing pipelines for semantic search.
  7. Experience with containerization and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
  8. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions and cloud-native deployment patterns.
