Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Security Solutions Strategist to spearhead our SOC Team's operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security architecture, design, and incident response.

  • Provide technical leadership for designing, implementing, and maintaining SOC systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Embrace thought leadership, fostering collaboration among team members and driving innovation in security solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance security protocols, threat detection capabilities, and incident response processes.
  • Drive improvements in SOC workflows, toolsets, and processes, leveraging industry best practices.
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the security team.
  • Lead the R&D team to explore cutting-edge security methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of extensive experience in security architecture, design, and incident response.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, Splunk) across servers, endpoints, cloud, and network environments.
  • Strong expertise in Linux and Windows OS.
  • Understanding of security architectures (e.g., Firewalls, DMZ, proxies, DNS, web, and mail servers).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Open and flexible to learning, working, and scaling up to a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
