Operational Manager

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our team's daily operations, ensuring timely submission of reports and maintaining strong client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit accurate and informative management reports on a daily basis.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients in preparing presentations and conducting vendor performance assessments.
  • Ensure efficient visitor reception and guide them to the office premises according to established protocols.
  • Negotiate contract renewals with vendors, comparing and recommending suitable options.
  • Maintain a culture of timeliness, submitting monthly management reports by the 7th of every month and providing regular updates to clients.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain detailed minutes during discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with media agendas and business trends.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.
