Take your tax career to the next level with our Senior Associate role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing tax processes, preparing tax computations, and assisting the Tax Manager in tax litigation and audit.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead tax processes to predetermined KPIs and SLAs
  • Develop and prepare tax computations and returns with supporting working papers
  • Support the Tax Manager in tax litigation and audit, preparing documents required by authorities
  • Stay up-to-date with developments impacting client bases and guide teams accordingly
  • Collaborate with affiliates in different countries to ensure client corporate compliance meets deadlines
  • Review team member tasks, maintain MIS, and logs, and support process migrations from other locations
  • Track due dates, ensure filings are completed within agreed timelines, and escalate issues to leaders
Requirements:
  • Graduate or postgraduate with 3-6 years' experience in UK tax or Inter CA/CA finalist with 2-3 years' experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong presentation skills and customer focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and advanced Excel
  • A self-driven, motivated individual with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
