Job Title: Senior Technical Architect

This role focuses on providing expertise in architecture planning and design of concerned platforms. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of installed databases and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technology capacity planning by reviewing current and future requirements.
  • Leverage new features of underlying technologies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Strategize and implement disaster recovery plans and backup procedures.
  • Manage upgradations, migration, maintenance, backup, installation, and configuration functions.
  • Review technical performance and deploy ways to improve efficiency and reduce performance challenges.
  • Develop shift rosters for the team to ensure no disruption.
  • Create and update SOPs, Data Responsibility Matrices, operations manuals, daily test plans, and data architecture guidance.
Team Management:
  • Resourcing and talent management.
  • Hire adequate resources for the team and train direct reportees.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with standards of adequate onboarding and training for team members.
  • Promote diversity in leadership positions and employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team, track team satisfaction scores, and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design.
  • Strong leadership skills, including resourcing, talent management, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
