What You'll Do:
- Test Planning and Strategy**: Design, create, and maintain test plans and strategies for new and existing projects to ensure seamless execution.
- Requirements Analysis**: Identify gaps and anomalies in requirements, providing meaningful feedback to drive improvements.
- Documentation and Reporting**: Document and report issues, ensuring timely resolutions that meet our high standards.
- Automated Testing**: Develop and execute automated End-to-End (E2E) test scenarios using Python automation development skills.
- Testing Frameworks**: Build and maintain testing frameworks for E2E and integration tests from scratch, driving best practices across multiple systems and platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with QA, software developers, product managers, DevOps, and security teams to ensure cohesive testing approaches.
- Agile Testing Approach**: Contribute to an Agile testing approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
What We Look For**:
- Education and Experience**: A B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years hands-on experience in Python automation development.
- Manual Web Testing**: 2+ years of manual web testing experience.
- Selenium Framework**: Strong knowledge of Selenium framework.
- CI Tools and Methodologies**: Familiarity with CI tools (Jenkins) and testing methodologies.
- Server-Side and Frontend Testing**: Experience testing server-side and frontend for Linux-based web systems.
- Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and estimate testing tasks.
Bonus Points If You Have**:
- Agile Development Methodologies**: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Bug Management Tracking Tools**: Familiarity with bug management tracking tools.
- Docker, AWS, Airflow, Sentry, OpenSearch**: Knowledge of Docker, AWS, Airflow, Sentry, and OpenSearch.
- Scripting Skills**: Scripting skills in a Linux environment (Bash, Shell).
Salary Range:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
