TYPICAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a Boiler Operation Engineer certification.

• At least 5-8 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of captive power plants.

Key Skills and Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of boiler operation and maintenance, including incineration boilers, IBR rules, back pressure turbines, and maintenance practices.

• Strong problem-solving and energy-saving skills, with expertise in high-pressure boiler operations and heat-saving systems.

• Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems and experience in energy management and control.
