Senior Executive Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance of process equipment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and execution of preventive maintenance of process equipment including vial filling, vial washing, tunnel, isolators.
  • Online entering checklists for carrying out preventive maintenance as per SOPs.
  • Attending breakdown maintenance in compliance with cGMP of process equipment.
  • FOLLOWING cGMP, GDP, and safety while carrying out all activities.
  • Maintaining good coordination with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.
  • Managing spares for all process equipment.
  • Operating and maintaining HVAC systems.
  • Ensuring clean room parameters are maintained and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Executing HVAC requalification.
  • Communicating relevant EHS issues to concerned personnel.
  • Preparing purchase requests with spare and work details as per the format.
  • Coordinating with vendors for AMC covered equipment.
  • Documenting preventive and breakdown maintenance.
  • Executing running projects, new projects/plant extension works.
  • Preparing equipment qualification documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
