We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our dynamic team as a Fashion Consultant. In this role, you will play a key part in driving store sales by helping customers find the right products and complete looks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and styling advice.
• Drive store sales by helping customers find the right products and complete looks.
• Manage store displays & visual merchandising (basic VM training will be provided).
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Handle POS & support billing desk when required.

What We Look For:

• Passion for fashion & fitness – love for activewear trends.
• Strong sales skills – ability to achieve & exceed targets.
• Communication – Fluent in Hindi & English.
• Experience – Minimum 1.5+ years in retail sales (fashion/sportswear preferred).
• Basic knowledge of customer handling & product knowledge.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of sportswear fabrics & fits.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising basics.
• Tech-friendly – comfortable using billing software/POS.
