Job Title: Oracle App Functional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Oracle App Functional Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects in accordance with client specifications and project plans.

  • To guarantee the timely completion of projects, it is essential to coordinate closely with clients and provide regular reporting on progress.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to describe end-to-end business processes, and possess knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams.

About the Role:

  • This position involves reviewing reports and artifacts, advising clients on system services available within the Oracle application, and identifying areas for performance improvement.
  • You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Oracle R12 PA, GL, AR, AP, FA, AGIS, CM, PO, INV, SLA.
  • Migrate data from existing systems to Oracle applications.
  • Design solutions to improve business processes and increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/BE/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle R12 PA, GL, AR, AP, FA, AGIS, CM, PO, INV, SLA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
