Business Analyst - Financial Systems

We are seeking an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) to meet business needs.
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions to gather requirements and educate end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality.
  • Providing guidance on best practices for financial processes and system usage within Dynamics 365.
  • Working closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, including data migration, integration, and custom development.
  • Performing gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality, recommending solutions to address gaps.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including financial process flows, functional designs, and user manuals.
  • Supporting system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities to ensure a smooth deployment.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving functional issues post-implementation, providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed.
