Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to financial institutions' high-value customers via phone. This includes addressing inquiries, performing account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts, and assisting with payment investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides exceptional customer experience through prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Handles customer requests for account information, transfers, and other servicing needs
