Financial Training Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Accounting and Tally Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in accounting and tally skills to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans to instruct students in accounting and tally skills.
• Provide personalized instruction and support to students as needed.
• Maintain the computer lab and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Administer tests and assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Collaborate with other instructors to develop curriculum and instructional materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in teaching and training.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tally software, including MS Excel and Tally Prime.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience working with students who require extra support.

Working Conditions:

• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
