Search Execution Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Search Execution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments.

  • Research: Develop and execute research strategies to meet client requirements, identify target companies, and map the universe of an assignment or product area for marketing.
  • Knowledge Management: Attend client pitches, create detailed proposal documents and job specifications, develop client-facing profiles, and conduct market analysis.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry, maintain efficient information systems, and facilitate accessible data retrieval.
  • Execution: Conduct professional interviews with candidates, attend candidate meetings, gather feedback, and maintain contact with short-listed candidates.
  • Telephone Work: Map the 'universe' via telephone networks, pitch roles confidently, build rapport, and develop probing skills.

Candidate & Client Interaction: Participate in candidate interviews, conduct solo meetings, interview junior candidates, and arrange candidate meetings. With clients, attend pitches, contribute when necessary, and demonstrate knowledge of the research process.

Business Development: Remain vigilant for potential business development opportunities, stay up-to-date with hiring trends, and seek out gaps in your mappings/org charts.

Attributes: 5+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, a proactive approach, and a collaborative mindset.
