About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with our team to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Main Responsibilities- Work closely with IT, legal, governance, and compliance teams to develop and implement data protection strategies.
- Investigate breaches and assess their impact, recommending remediation where necessary.
- Manage Data Subject Access Requests (SARs) and conduct regular audits of data handling practices.
- Develop and maintain data protection policies, ensuring they are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training to employees on data protection standards and best practices.
- Any Graduate
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CEH
- Strong understanding of data protection principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with IT operations (ITIL/NIST/ISO 27000) and data analysis/analytics tools.
