UI/UX Designer Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting user-centric digital experiences for students, teachers, and learners. Your primary objective will be to translate user requirements into intuitive interfaces that are both visually appealing and functionally sound.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approach. You should be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements.
  • Create visually appealing UI elements that align with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance user experience.
  • Optimize existing application screens and workflows for better performance and usability.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in EdTech or SaaS platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approach.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams.
