As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of test projects. This includes managing teams to ensure timely and proper task completion, internal training, control, and reporting to senior management.

You will also execute people leadership functions such as managing absence, holiday leave, remuneration, and driving continuous improvement and project implementation for the team and whole unit.

An additional responsibility is to ensure cohesion between different internal functions and teams, and drive the ongoing development, growth, and stability of the organization.

The role requires active management through goals, key performance indicators, and quality indicators with the view of improving overall quality and timeliness of testing delivery.

Candidate requirements include at least 10 years of experience in banking and financial services, preferably in managed services or production support, and 6 years of experience in leading multiple high-priority complex testing projects.

A strong understanding of middle office products, e.g., custody, funds admin, is also required, as well as excellent written and spoken communication skills, analytical skills, detail orientation, and service commitment.

The ability to handle pressure, work independently, and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines is essential.

This role involves shift work, including night shifts in India, and requires an innovative approach to work, identifying process improvements, and implementing them.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks is also beneficial.
