Job Title: Voice Process/ Telecaller,

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Voice Process/ Telecaller. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service.

**Job Description:**

As a Voice Process/ Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and prospects, responding to their inquiries, and providing them with information about our products or services. You will also be required to make outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* 12th pass Graduate or equivalent qualification
* Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software
* Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
* Fluency in Hindi and Kannada languages
