Graphic Designer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for creating engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral that align with our brand identity.

Your primary focus will be on designing websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing. You will work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and collaborate with other teams to align design with business goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to deliver high-quality designs and interfaces within project timelines, improve user engagement and usability scores, and maintain consistent brand identity and visual storytelling across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral.
  • Design websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions.
  • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.
  • Innovate with fresh ideas to strengthen brand identity in global markets.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business goals.
  • Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • Stay updated on the latest design tools, UI/UX trends, and digital design best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Understanding of UX research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours (mandatory).
