Senior Java Software Engineer - Technical Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to join our team as a Technical Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of complex software systems using Java 8 and above technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale software systems using Java 8 and above technologies.
  • Ensure that all code is well-structured, modular, and follows best practices for maintainability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop technical specifications, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience with Java 8 and above technologies, including Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Git and Jenkins.
