Residential Luxury Villa Project Manager

As a key professional in our organization, you will oversee all pre and post-contract activities related to residential luxury villa projects. Your responsibilities will include managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance and operational effectiveness across all pre and post-contract processes.
  • Deliver projects within defined scope and budget constraints through effective project management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including vendors and contractors.
  • Conduct rate analysis and negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and suppliers.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting to align with the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel as required based on project demands.
