AS400 Developer Wanted

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for an experienced AS400 developer to join our team in a challenging and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain CLP/RPG/RPGLE applications on the AS400 platform.
  2. The ideal candidate will design and implement efficient database solutions using DB2.
  3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver projects on time.
  4. Troubleshooting issues during development phases is a critical skill.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, preferably on AS400.
  • Extensive knowledge of AS400 technology, including RPGLE, CLLE, and ILE.
  • Experience in unit testing, effort estimation, and project implementation.
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the insurance domain, preferably in life insurance.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
