Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

As a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic planning and analysis. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead FP&A teams to drive business expansion through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with executive leadership, management, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in FP&A, finance planning, and analysis
  • Proven track record of success in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and trend management
  • Strong team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • CA qualification is highly desirable
