Job Description
  • To own the sales funnel & drive sales closure.
  • To own customer experience during a project.
  • To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To own an end-to-end project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.

Maintaining familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends is crucial for success in this role. As an interior designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating modular designs based on conversations with clients, communicating effectively with them to assess their needs, and adjusting approaches accordingly.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in interior design or related field.
  • Freshers to up to 2 years of experience as an interior designer.
  • Proficient in design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in conceptual design (layout, style), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), civil works & services (specifications & installation details).
  • Able to create bill of quantities (BoQ) for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies.
  • Able to drive sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Possess behavioural attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp and meaningful communication.
  • Highest degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.

You should have excellent creative thinking skills and confidence in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach based on feedback.
