Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Invoicing Trainee. As an Invoicing Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial accuracy of our operations by preparing and issuing invoices to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
  • Meet invoice delivery deadlines to maintain a smooth cash flow.
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing systems with precision.
  • Submit invoices electronically while ensuring all necessary documentation is attached.
  • Understand customer-specific requirements to provide tailored services.
  • Verify each field on invoices before submission to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of invoice submission status and support documentation.
  • Update internal systems with timely information on invoice submission status.
  • Maintain a log of invoice submissions and customer invoicing process files for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the payroll and invoicing team to streamline the invoice submission process.
  • Send statements of accounts to customers in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle invoice rejections and credit adjustments professionally.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the entire invoicing process.
  • Support credit control efforts in invoicing and collection of payment.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1.5 years of relevant experience in invoicing.
  • Commerce or finance background (B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, V-lookup, and Pivot Table.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills.
  • Good accounting knowledge.
