Finance Operations Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Operations Expert to drive business continuity, user training, and access management across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary support for users worldwide, delivering business continuity, user training, and access management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely alignments, effective communication within tools, data quality checks, and system performance optimization.
  • Work closely with product managers to facilitate new solutions, features by providing data analysis and driving process excellence initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for business operations procedures, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Cross-function collaboration for tool-related operational updates/enhancements; addressing them with IT partners (acting as a bridge between stakeholders and IT team).

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, experience in communicating with business leaders through all organizational levels.
  • Experience working on business system analysis, process automations, data simplification using advanced tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and adapt to continuous system changes.

Desirable Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, skills, and/or practical experience on basic finance data analytics and financial planning or reporting tools.
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or FinTech-related field.
