Job Title: Interior Systems Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Interior Systems Design Engineer to design and develop mechanical systems for interior integration in vehicles.

  • Design and develop 3D models of mechanical systems for interior integration, ensuring seamless integration with vehicle components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and integration with other vehicle systems.
  • Conduct simulations and tests to validate designs and ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and industry best practices.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for design projects, including design specifications, testing results, and performance metrics.
  • Support manufacturing and assembly teams with technical guidance during production, providing solutions to any technical issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design and integration, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) for 3D modeling and design.
  • Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to interior components.
  • Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
