Key Role Summary:

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping our brand's offline presence.

  • Lead the development of branding guidelines for all offline touchpoints, ensuring consistency across our assets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to execute branding strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement brand consistency standards across various offline platforms, including buses, lounges, uniforms, and other key assets.
  2. Develop comprehensive branding guidelines for offline marketing initiatives, including hoardings, transit branding, bus stop branding, and agent activations.
  3. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing cross-functional teams to achieve branding objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in brand activation, offline marketing, vendor management, or retail branding.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of branding execution, operations alignment, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
