Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About this role:
We're seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to spearhead our Amazon Ads strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be instrumental in driving campaign success across multiple marketplaces.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
- Develop and implement keyword strategies, bid management plans, and targeting methods.
- Analyze key metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CPC to inform campaign optimization.
- Leverage Amazon's advertising tools, reporting systems, and third-party analytics platforms to uncover insights and drive growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to allocate and optimize ad spend across multiple product lines.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align advertising objectives with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Amazon Advertising Console or similar tools.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
- In-depth understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including keyword targeting, product targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and collaborate across teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
