Job Title: Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Specialist to join our team. As a Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for driving results for our clients and internal brands by strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to build high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, ROAS, and CPL.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals.
