Executive Business Development and Team Lead

Job Description:

Our organization seeks an accomplished business development expert to spearhead our regional growth initiatives. As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring seamless inventory management. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in field-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive overall business growth and increase market share
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams through effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor stock levels, analyze high-inventory products, and create liquidation plans to ensure smooth distribution channel functioning
  • Analyze territory performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure quality sales with zero returns and minimal expiry and breakage
  • Build strong business relationships with key opinion leaders and key business leaders to support business growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Diploma in Pharmacy degree
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability in team building, problem-solving, and collaboration
  • Experience in a field-based role with a track record of driving business growth and managing teams
  • Scientific background and ability to work strategically and independently
