About the Role

The successful candidate will combine findings with other digital data sources, identify strategic recommendations, and create persuasive presentations. They will also develop strategic social reporting and analytics cadence by identifying key areas of measurements, optimizations, and benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage social media listening tools to gather consumer insights, trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Combine findings with other digital data sources to identify strategic recommendations.
  • Create persuasive presentations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Develop a strategic social reporting and analytics cadence to measure and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to understand their objectives and measurement requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media analysis and market research.
  • Proficiency in social listening tools such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Meltwater, or Netbase.
  • Knowledge of social media publishing and analytics tools like Sprinklr or Hootsuite.
  • Ability to write Boolean queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data analysis and insights writing skills are essential.

Desirable Skills

  • Telecom research background.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of creating crawlers to capture web data and familiarity with NLP models for sentiment analysis.
