Talent Shark is seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to drive our recruitment efforts and identify top IT talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology industry and proven experience in sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple job requisitions while delivering high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify top IT talent, including direct sourcing, networking, and using social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume review, interviews, and job offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the IT industry and evolving recruitment techniques.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a technical recruitment role.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing abilities with experience in direct sourcing, headhunting, and networking.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
