Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to lead the development and integration of AI-driven solutions across various business functions. This entails leveraging expertise in AI, machine learning, and automation to build scalable tools and optimize internal processes.

  • Leverage large language models (LLMs) and AI agents to optimize business operations, automate workflows, and enhance customer support.
  • Develop and implement AI-based self-serve tools to reduce operational dependencies and boost team productivity.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI-driven automation into products, customer support, and internal operations.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks for AI systems, drive experimentation, rapidly prototype solutions, and iterate from proof-of-concept to full-scale production deployment.
  • Assist in developing AI roadmaps and strategies to drive innovation, ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance standards, and establish best practices for AI governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires strong experience in natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI development, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

  • Proven ability in building and integrating AI agents for various business functions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a minimum of 6+ years in software development are required for this position.

Bonus: Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools, along with a demonstrated track record of driving innovation through AI adoption, is highly desirable.
