Lead User Experience Designer

The ideal candidate will create exceptional user experiences by collaborating with tech startups to craft solutions that meet their business goals and objectives.

To achieve this, the successful candidate will:

  1. Interact with clients to comprehend their requirements and expectations.
  2. Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to form a solid foundation for outstanding product experiences.
  3. Present research findings to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to ensure client understanding of user journeys.
  5. Guide development teams on user journeys and provide design assets as needed.
  6. Design high-quality user interfaces and obtain client approval.
  7. Ensure smooth design handoffs to development teams and provide feedback on development builds to guarantee UX/UI recommendations are implemented.
Requirements

The following qualifications are required for the position:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate innovative concepts.
  • Confident, organized, humble, patient, soft-spoken, quick learner, and driven to excel.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Understanding of human interface guidelines and basic knowledge of app development processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and solid understanding of design thinking.
  • Knowledge of Scrum principles is an asset.
