Senior Engineering Manager

Location: Bengaluru (Client Site)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 8+ years

Notice Period: 0-15 days (immediate joiners preferred)

Our organization seeks a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to spearhead our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in software development, with an in-depth understanding of embedded system development and real-time application development.

The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading high-performing teams
  • Expert-level understanding of embedded system development and real-time application development
  • Hands-on experience in low-level code development using C, over an embedded platform
  • Hands-on experience with FPGA design flow and expertise in digital design development using Verilog HDL
  • Compliance and certification knowledge in DO-178C
  • Understanding of software development using APIs, and networking protocols
  • Addressing non-functional aspects such as performance, scalability, reliability, availability etc
  • In-depth understanding of security aspects including authentication, authorization, public key infrastructure, SSL, certificates, etc
  • Excellent hands-on skills in design, coding, and resolving complex technical issues
  • Proven experience in review processes - architecture, design, code
  • Fair understanding and working experience in Qt, C++/Java/Python programming languages

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Technical expertise with tools and related frameworks
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
