Technical Expert for Manufacturing Execution Systems

Our team is seeking a seasoned Technical Expert to lead the design, development, and deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems MES solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TrakSys preferably versions 11 and 12, with a strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems MES and their implementation.

The role requires expertise working with complex MES environments in manufacturing industries, a deep understanding of MES architecture and integration with enterprise systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain MES platforms to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy TrakSys MES solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze manufacturing process requirements.
  • Customize and configure TrakSys workflows, data collection, and reporting modules.
  • Integrate TrakSys MES with other enterprise systems including SAP to streamline operations.
  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for MES-related issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on TrakSys best practices and technical skills.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and quality controls through MES.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and changes for future reference and audits.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MES performance and usability.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in TrakSys within Manufacturing Execution Systems.
  • Strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems MES and their implementation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain MES platforms to ensure smooth operations.
  • Familiarity with software development and customization within TrakSys environments.
  • Knowledge of interfacing MES solutions with ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
  • Understanding of related technologies such as NET C SQL and JavaScript is beneficial.
