Role Summary:
Key Performance Marketing Responsibilities- Drive Growth: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to maximize patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services.
- Optimize Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms to ensure optimal ROI.
- Enhance Patient Journey: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and Analyze: Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Patient Acquisition Cost) to inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with content, design, and CRM teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
- Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of healthcare patient journey and compliance norms.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
