Accounting Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an accounting professional to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and looking to grow their career.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports to support financial decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely completion and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience or internship in accounting or finance-related roles to demonstrate expertise.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and principles to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Knowledge of additional accounting software or ERP systems to expand capabilities.
